Responsible for aligning HR strategy and activities with the business direction, objective, and requirements to enable the Company to achieve its full potential.
What You’ll Do- Acts as a trusted business partner to senior line management on all people‑related matters to ensure a deep understanding of the business strategy and requirements to design and implement HR strategies and practices that support robust business growth; reinforce a culture of a performance‑driven organization, meritocracy, and diversity while complying with the Company HR policies and processes
- Consults, coaches, supports, and challenges managers in the application of HR policies and practices; provides advice and guidance on complex HR issues to minimize risk
- Conducts regular assessments of HR programs to identify areas of improvement and implement changes as necessary
- Ensures compliance with all internal HR policies and labor laws and regulations of their respective markets when advising on employee-related matters
- Drives and supports the development and delivery of cultural change plans and interventions
- Co‑build a talent roadmap together with the management and the Talent team to ensure a healthy talent pipeline
- Manages the Manpower Planning exercise in collaboration with the different stakeholder
- Plays an advisory role in creating and managing an efficient and future‑fit workforce. Supports and facilitates the design and implementation of business structure reorganizations to improve efficiencies
- Works very closely with HR CoE’s to ensure the business strategy and needs are clearly cascaded and integrated into all HR programs and interventions
- Manages employee relations issues in collaboration with related cross‑functional teams to ensure fair and equal treatment to all employees in line with the Company policies, procedures, and Code of Ethics
- Focuses on measuring employee engagement through different tools, advises management on the areas of development, and identifies and drives improvement action plans in collaboration with the management to ensure the Company achieves its being a Great Place to Work objective
- Responsible for managing projects in multi‑disciplinary projects, covering several areas, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, learning & development, performance management, people management, employee relations, and change management

Essential Capabilities- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant domain
- Previous HR Business Partnering experience with solid examples of unlocking the business potential through HR
- Strong business acumen
- Ability to build and maintain relationships in a matrix environment
- Ability to drive business transformation and cultural change
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- Experience working in a matrix organization
