The Talent Attraction Analyst is responsible for supporting the organization’s hiring strategy by identifying, attracting, and recruiting qualified talent. The role focuses on sourcing candidates, shortlisting profiles, coordinating interviews, tracking recruitment progress, and supporting onboarding activities until handover to HR operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent coordination skills, and the ability to manage recruitment processes efficiently while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Talent Sourcing & Attraction- Identify and attract qualified candidates through multiple sourcing channels including Linked In, job boards, professional networks, and referrals.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct market research to identify potential talent pools and recruitment trends.
- Promote employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates.
- Review resumes and evaluate candidate qualifications against job requirements.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and assessments where required.
- Prepare and present shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and talent pools for future opportunities.
- Manage recruitment activities from job posting to candidate selection.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Track candidate progress throughout the hiring lifecycle.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders.
- Collect and document interview feedback from hiring managers.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview outcomes.
- Support offer preparation and candidate negotiations where applicable.
- Track candidate progress from interview stage to offer acceptance.
- Provide onboarding coordination and support until handover to HR operations.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and pipeline health.
- Prepare recruitment reports and updates for HR and management.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or talent sourcing.
- Experience using ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Experience sourcing candidates through Linked In Recruiter or similar platforms.
- Strong candidate sourcing and talent mapping skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
