Human Resources Officer

Position: HR Officer – Recruitment & HR Operations

We are looking for an HR professional with 2–5 years of experience to support recruitment activities and daily HR operations.

The role requires someone organized, practical, and able to follow up properly without heavy supervision.

• Screen and shortlist CVs based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and internal departments
• Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Update recruitment trackers and manpower reports
• Maintain employee data and ensure records are accurate and updated
• Organize employee files and HR documentation
• Support onboarding requirements and document collection
• Assist in preparing job offers and employment-related documents
• Support HR activities related to Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and other government platforms
• Follow up on employment contracts, employee records, and HR system updates
• Coordinate with project teams regarding manpower requests and employee updates

• 2–5 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or HR operations
• Good knowledge of recruitment process, HR documentation, and employee data
• Familiarity with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, or similar HR platforms
• Good Excel and reporting skills.
• Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Organized, accurate, and strong in follow-up.
• Previous experience in construction or contracting companies is preferred.
