Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail‑oriented HR Operations Staff to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases
  • Coordinate and manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR‑related matters
  • Prepare and distribute HR‑related documents, such as contracts, offer letters, and policies
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including scheduling interviews and conducting background checks
  • Support the performance management process by maintaining employee performance records and providing administrative support
  • Coordinate and organize employee training and development programs
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to continuously improve HR processes and procedures
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor laws is a plus
