We are a growing logistics company based in Riyadh, specializing in food delivery services. We are currently looking for a Part‑Time HR Recruiter to support our ongoing hiring needs, especially for delivery drivers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified candidates while communicating effectively with a diverse workforce.
Key Responsibilities- Source and recruit candidates for driver and logistics roles
- Screen applications and conduct initial interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers
- Manage recruitment pipeline and candidate data
- Communicate with candidates in multiple languages
- Ensure smooth hiring and onboarding process
- Previous recruitment experience (logistics preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in:
English, Hindi, Bengali, Urdu, Arabic (Mandatory) - Good organizational and coordination skills
- Ability to work independently (Part‑Time role)
