Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet organizational needs.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
- Manage and improve employee performance evaluation processes to promote accountability and professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations, addressing issues related to employee relations or workplace policies.
- Create and enforce HR policies and procedures to maintain consistency and fairness across the organization.
- Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR systems to streamline processes and improve data accessibility.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management, providing guidance on organizational structure, workforce planning, and employee relations.
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace environment.
- Resolve employee grievances and disputes promptly and effectively, fostering a harmonious work culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- An advanced degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is highly preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in human resources, with a strong track record in recruitment and employee relations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Experience in HR within construction or industrial companies.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies, training programs, and performance management systems.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in Arabic and English, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in HR-related software tools.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on building a high-performing and engaged workforce.
- Strategic thinking skills with the ability to align HR practices with organizational objectives.
