Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough needs assessments with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create tailored job descriptions that attract top talent.

- Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the industry relevant to the hiring organization.
- Specialized certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or Linked In Recruiter certification, showcasing commitment to professional development.
- Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software, ensuring efficiency and organization in the recruitment process.
