The Talent Acquisition Associate will work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, post job openings, screen applications, schedule interviews, and maintain accurate recruitment records.
Key Responsibilities- Support end-to-end recruitment activities
- Source and screen candidates
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain accurate candidate records
- Communicate updates to candidates
- Support job posting and outreach efforts
- Contribute to building strong talent pipelines aligned with Manzil’s hiring needs
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Previous experience or internship in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition is preferred.
Key skills required include: sourcing, CV screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, Linked In/job platforms usage, recruitment tracking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
