Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Specialist Trainee to join our Human Resources team through the Tamheer Program. This opportunity is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to gain practical experience in HR operations and talent management within a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding activities.
  • Support employee records management and HR documentation.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates.
  • Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR projects.
  • Maintain HR databases and prepare reports as required.
  • Support compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Eligible for the Tamheer Program.
