Florence International Consulting is seeking an experienced Group Head of HR to provide strategic guidance and align HR activities across a leading holding company in Saudi Arabia. You will leverage your strong leadership skills and a proven track record in organizational change to manage HR policies and implement new initiatives. Candidates must have at least 20 years of HR experience, with a strong educational background, preferably a Master's in HR or an MBA.
Familiarity with the GCC markets is essential, and while Arabic is not mandatory, it is advantageous.
