• Lead full‑cycle recruitment
• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies
• Source top‑tier talent using Boolean search and Linked In Recruiter
• Manage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms
• Build diverse talent pipelines in Riyadh
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor law
• Conduct data analysis and reporting on recruitment metrics
• Manage stakeholder relationships and expectations
• Negotiate offers and close candidates
• Present recruitment updates and insights to leadership

• Experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms
• Proficiency with Linked In Recruiter
• Skilled in sourcing tools such as Boolean search
• Data analysis and reporting capability
• Knowledge of Saudi labor law compliance
