The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for leading and managing the organization's talent acquisition function, ensuring the attraction, assessment, and hiring of high-caliber talent across all business units. This role partners closely with business leaders to develop workforce strategies, oversee recruitment operations, enhance employer branding, and build sustainable talent pipelines that support the organization's growth objectives.
The successful candidate will provide leadership to the Talent Acquisition team, drive recruitment excellence, ensure compliance with internal policies and labor regulations, and implement best practices to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Talent Acquisition- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational objectives and workforce plans.
- Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand current and future talent requirements.
- Lead manpower planning discussions and provide recruitment market insights to support business decisions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical, specialized, and leadership positions.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract top talent across various functions and industries.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through onboarding.
- Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, offer management, and candidate engagement activities.
- Ensure all vacancies are filled within agreed service levels and recruitment timelines.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and support hiring managers in candidate evaluation and selection.
- Ensure consistency and quality throughout the recruitment process.
- Drive recruitment efforts for both local and international hiring requirements when applicable.
- Lead, coach, and develop Talent Acquisition Specialists and Recruiters to achieve departmental objectives.
- Monitor team performance against recruitment KPIs and service level agreements.
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Support capability development within the Talent Acquisition function through coaching and knowledge sharing.
- Establish strong partnerships with senior leaders, department heads, and hiring managers.
- Provide guidance and consultation on recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent availability.
- Act as a trusted advisor on workforce planning and talent acquisition matters.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment among all stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Support the development and execution of employer branding initiatives.
- Strengthen the organization's presence across professional networks, universities, career fairs, and recruitment platforms.
- Promote a positive employer value proposition to attract high-quality candidates.
- Enhance the overall candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, including:
- Time-to-Fill
- Time-to-Hire
- Cost-per-Hire
- Offer Acceptance Rate
- Quality of Hire
- Prepare regular recruitment reports and dashboards for management.
- Utilize recruitment data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, recruitment procedures, and applicable labor regulations.
- Support Saudization initiatives and workforce localization objectives.
- Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and records.
- Ensure adherence to governance requirements throughout the recruitment process.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, systems, and candidate engagement practices.
- Recommend and implement recruitment technology enhancements and automation initiatives.
- Stay informed about labor market trends, sourcing methodologies, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred.
