HR Recruiter

Job Summary

Applus is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support organizational hiring requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle full-cycle recruitment for assigned vacancies.
• Source candidates through portals, social media, references, and databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
• Ensure timely closure of positions as per business requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
• Follow recruitment policies and maintain confidentiality throughout the hiring process.

Mandatory Requirements

• Saudi National only.
• Minimum 3–4 years of recruitment experience.
• Good knowledge of sourcing and recruitment methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools/platforms.
