This role will work closely with leadership teams to shape business strategy and people plans, ensuring effective workforce planning, employee engagement, and talent development. You will play a key role in driving HR operations, supporting organisational change, and aligning people strategies with the company's long-term vision for major infrastructure and development projects in the region.

• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing input into workforce planning and organisational development.
• Lead HR activities across the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to manage change processes, risk analysis, and talent strategies.
• Drive recruitment and onboarding in collaboration with the talent attraction team.
• Support leadership teams in developing effective people plans aligned with business goals.
• Facilitate annual reward reviews and align compensation strategies with career frameworks.
• Manage complex employee relations cases, including performance improvement and disciplinary procedures.
• Work on HR projects and initiatives across multiple areas, supporting company-wide objectives.
• Promote diversity, inclusion, and well-being within the business unit.
• Contribute to sustainability goals by implementing practices that align with Mace's net zero carbon transition strategy.

• Proven experience as an HR professional with strong knowledge of HR theory and practical application.
• Comprehensive understanding of the employee lifecycle, workforce planning, and organisational design.
• Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development.
• Knowledge of reward systems, recognition programmes, and employment law.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to work with senior leadership teams.
• Experience in the construction or consultancy sector preferred; UAE or KSA experience advantageous.
