What You'll Do- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, providing input into workforce planning and organisational development.
- Lead HR activities across the full employee lifecycle, including performance management, engagement, and retention initiatives.
- Partner with leaders to manage change processes, risk analysis, and talent strategies.
- Drive recruitment and onboarding in collaboration with the talent attraction team.
- Support leadership teams in developing effective people plans aligned with business goals.
- Facilitate annual reward reviews and align compensation strategies with career frameworks.
- Manage complex employee relations cases, including performance improvement and disciplinary procedures.
- Work on HR projects and initiatives across multiple areas, supporting company-wide objectives.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and well-being within the business unit.
- Contribute to sustainability goals by implementing practices that align with Mace's net zero carbon transition strategy.
- Proven experience as an HR professional with strong knowledge of HR theory and practical application.
- Comprehensive understanding of the employee lifecycle, workforce planning, and organisational design.
- Experience in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and talent development.
- Knowledge of reward systems, recognition programmes, and employment law.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to work with senior leadership teams.
- Experience in the construction or consultancy sector preferred; UAE or KSA experience advantageous.
- Play a key role in shaping HR strategies for major development programmes in Riyadh.
