The Talent Partner drives and supports the implementation of the talent management strategy linked to the business plan, by diagnosing the business need, supporting core processes and managing the execution of top talent priorities.
The Talent Partner aims to be a trusted partner of the internal stakeholders and build strong bonding with the People & Culture team.
Role & Responsibilities People Operations- Create, develop and implement People & Organization processes, initiatives and systems that brings Operational Excellence, practices impacting positively on the Employees’ engagement
- Provide counseling on policies and procedures, specially related to Talent Management
- HR Information Systems management
- Support the recruitment process at all levels of seniority, delivering a consistently best-in-class candidate experience in Riyadh.
- Deliver a consistently best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring candidates are set-up for success, and being the first point of contact for candidates, partners, and new employees in Riyadh.
- Welcome new joiners and being responsible for their training/onboarding plans and follow up.
- Drive and support the implementation of the People strategy and business plan for the BU / Studio by supporting core processes and managing talent projects in the business
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with executives, key internal stakeholders, and other hiring managers to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
- By working with Line Managers & People & Culture team to lead and facilitate the development of a BU/ function / Studio talent plan which identifies key talent priorities linked to the business strategy and is also aligned to enterprise talent plan;
- By considering external best practices and benchmark in order to continuously improve the talent management approach
- Partner with teams to understand their needs, provide advice with a can-do attitude and proactive approach towards talent and business
- Contribute to create, develop, and implement People & Culture initiatives and systems
- Complete the requested HR reporting documents relating to the Talent Partner role activities
- Act as people partner and the focal point of contact for all employees
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, people operations and talent management roles
- University degree in Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources from a recognized university
- Professional Certification in HR is preferable
- Experience partnering with senior level managers, and team members throughout the hiring process
- A motivated, independent, self-starting attitude with strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- High energy, entrepreneurial mindset and hands‑on approach; self‑motivated and excited by high growth environments.
- Problem‑solving and decision‑making aptitude
- Fluent in English;
Arabic would be a plus - Comfortable in multi‑task a very fast‑paced, deadline‑driven work environment
- Consultative and results orientated approach
- Professional Team player
- Attentiveness to details
- Expert user in MS Office; knowledge of HRIS/HRMS is a plus
