We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Riyadh.

This is a key role within our HR function, partnering closely with business leaders to deliver both strategic and operational people solutions. You will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience, supporting organisational growth, and ensuring our people practices enable business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders on employee relations matters, people management, and HR best practices.
- Manage complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, performance, and workplace investigations.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive performance management, talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning initiatives.
- Support organisational change, employee engagement, and retention strategies.
- Lead onboarding, probation, and employee lifecycle activities to ensure a positive employee experience.
- Deliver HR policies, programmes, and initiatives in line with business objectives and Saudi labour legislation.
- Analyse people data and trends to provide insights and recommendations that support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with leaders to identify capability gaps and implement development solutions that enhance organisational performance.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in an HR Business Partner, Human Resources Business Partner, or Generalist HR role.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and HR best practices.
- Proven experience managing employee relations matters and partnering with business leaders.
- Experience implementing HR initiatives across performance management, engagement, talent development, or organisational change.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and coaching skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
