Senior HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Senior HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to provide functional and technical consulting support for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules. The role will focus on analyzing business requirements, improving HR processes and procedures, supporting system users, preparing reports, and contributing to HCM system-related activities based on business needs.

• Provide functional and technical support for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules
• Analyze HR business requirements and translate them into system-related solutions
• Support the improvement of HR processes, workflows, and procedures
• Prepare, review, and support HCM-related reports
• Provide user support and resolve system-related issues
• Participate in testing, documentation, and system enhancement activities
• Work closely with HR and technical teams to ensure system requirements are properly addressed

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experienc

• At least 5 years of hands-on experienc
  e with Oracle Fusion HCM Clou

• Strong experience in functional requirements analysis, reporting, and user support
• Good understanding of HR processes and procedures
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
