Job Summary

On behalf of my client, we are looking for an HRBP to join their team in Riyadh. The HRBP partners with leadership to develop and implement HR programs, policies, and practices that support employee engagement, talent management, performance management, and organizational effectiveness. The HRBP also provides support and consultation on employee relations, organizational development, and change management, ensuring alignment of HR practices with business goals and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure all business and trade licenses are updated, follow up on official approvals and permits, and prevent unnecessary violations.
  • Accurately prepare and process required legal documents such as rent contract attestations in government agencies including the Ministry of Economy, Ministry of Finance, Customs, Court, Chamber of Commerce, and Municipality.
  • Represent the company at various offices such as airports, embassies, ministries, municipalities, and other government departments when needed.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new employees.
  • Execute the wet signature process for contracts, salary certificates, reference letters, and documents for embassies/visa applications.
  • Create and maintain individual employee files.
  • Offboard employees and collect signatures for immigration documents.
  • Manage and maintain government portals, including GAZT, MOL, GOSI, and Muqeem portals, acting as the GOSI/MOL contact for non‑electronic services.
  • Assist with medical enrollments by reviewing employee submissions and distributing health cards.
  • Partner with payroll to ensure timely registration of Saudi/GCC nationals with GOSI and register foreign nationals with GOSI when needed.
  • Approve local payments from the KSA entity, such as bank transactions.
  • Act as the point of contact for Ministry of Labour or other official inspections.
  • Stay up to date with developments in Saudi Arabia regarding changes to immigration and other relevant policies, ensuring company compliance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Government Relations (GR).
  • Good knowledge of laws and procedures related to MOL, MOFA, GOSI, and other government ministries.
  • Strong knowledge of KSA Iqama and visa procedures.
