Role Overview: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will act as a strategic and operational partner, supporting factory operations by managing the workforce, ensuring compliance, and enhancing overall productivity and employee experience.
ResponsibilitiesManage manpower needs, operational hiring, and ensure workforce availability.
Handle labor cases, investigations, and disciplinary actions in line with Saudi Labor Law.
Oversee hiring processes and ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.
Support performance evaluations and address underperformance.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations, manage employee records, and coordinate payroll-related data. Analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism) and support productivity improvements.
- Minimum of 4–6 years of HR experience.
- Previous experience in manufacturing / factory environment is preferred.
- Strong background in Employee Relations and HR Operations.
- Good knowledge of Saudi Labor Law.
- Experience with HR systems such as MenaITech / Mena Me.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
