Supports the recruitment process by assisting in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates, while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
Job Accountabilities & Activities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment activities.
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for assigned roles.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely communication with candidates and stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and provide basic progress updates.
- Support candidate experience and pre-boarding activities to ensure smooth onboarding.
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
Requirements:
- Registered in Tamheer program via Taqat platform
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
