Oivan is seeking a proactive People Operations Associate to manage the employee lifecycle, onboarding, development, and offboarding. You will report to the HR Manager and help optimise HR processes using our HRIS, while maintaining employee relations and handling administrative duties in Riyadh, KSA.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 2+ years in IT consultancy or related industry, and fluency in Arabic and English.
