Immigration Consultant – Saudi Arabia (Riyadh)
About the role: We are looking for a mid‑level Immigration Consultant to manage end‑to‑end Saudi immigration processes for corporate clients. The position requires independent case management, high‑quality client service, and collaboration with internal teams, government authorities, and external partners.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end‑to‑end Saudi immigration cases, including eligibility assessments, document preparation, submissions, and follow‑ups.
- Provide clear, compliant guidance to clients and employees on immigration requirements, processes, and timelines.
- Communicate case progress proactively, identifying risks, delays, and required actions.
- Identify and address potential issues (travel plans, dependents, medical, etc.) early.
- Maintain accurate case records and updates in the case management system per agreed SLAs.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, government authorities, and overseas colleagues.
- Support reporting, tracking, and billing activities linked to case delivery.
- Contribute to process improvements, knowledge sharing, and best practices.
- Provide informal guidance and support to junior team members when needed.
- 2–3years of experience in immigration or global mobility, ideally in a corporate or professional services environment.
- Strong drafting skills for clear immigration advice and compliance assessments.
- Customer‑service mindset with professional management of employee and client expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex processes clearly.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and focus on quality and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Operational awareness and ability to manage cases efficiently within agreed SLAs.
- Comfortable working independently, taking ownership of work, and proactively managing workload.
- Experience with Saudi Arabia immigration processes.
- Exposure to Middle East immigration markets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, or similar systems.
- Experience in a high‑volume, compliance‑driven environment.
- Arabic language skills (advantageous but not essential).
