The HR Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all human resources functions ensuring alignment with business objectives, organizational growth, and regulatory compliance. This role plays a strategic and operational role in developing HR initiatives, managing workforce planning, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and fostering a high‑performing organizational culture. The HR Manager will partner closely with leadership to support business expansion, talent management, employee engagement, and continuous improvement across all HR processes within a dynamic model making exhibitions, fabrication and production environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation, and offboarding
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals and business growth
- Oversee workforce planning, organizational structure and succession planning initiatives
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices
- Manage employee performance management processes, appraisals and development plans
- Oversee compensation, benefits and payroll coordination
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports related to headcount, turnover, recruitment and workforce analytics
- Provide guidance to management on employee relations, disciplinary matters and conflict resolution
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and organizational development programs
- Ensure accurate maintenance of HR records, documentation and HR systems
- Support leadership in building a productive, compliant and high‑performing work environment
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7–8 years of progressive experience in Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of all HR functions, including HR planning, compliance, talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
- Solid understanding of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem‑solving, decision‑making, and organizational abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR management systems is preferred
