As a fast-growing prop‑tech company transforming workforce housing and real estate services across Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a driven, strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to build and scale our hiring engine as we grow.

As our Talent Acquisition Lead, you will own the end-to-end recruitment process, partner closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs, and help shape a talent strategy that attracts top performers to fuel Mnzil’s expansion.

What You’ll Own
  • Lead full‑cycle recruitment across all departments, from sourcing to offer negotiation
  • Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans
  • Build and manage a strong talent pipeline through proactive sourcing and networking
  • Design and continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience
  • Track and report on key hiring metrics (time‑to‑hire, pipeline health, offer acceptance rate, etc.)
  • Develop and maintain Mnzil’s employer brand to attract top talent in the market
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, universities, and other talent channels
  • Support workforce planning discussions with leadership to anticipate future hiring needs
  • Mentor and guide junior recruiters or HR team members as the function scales
What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, ideally in a fast‑paced or startup environment
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring across multiple functions and seniority levels
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple open roles simultaneously
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment tools
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • A proactive, data‑driven mindset with a passion for building great teams
