HR Manager

Work closely with the HR Head on preparing various employment reports, job reviews, personnel complaints, etc.

• Contribute to the development of the overall HR strategy that supports and enables the achievement of company objectives.
• Provide professional advice and guidance to employees at all levels on HR issues to ensure proper application of HR policies and maintain high standards.
• Responsible for licensing of technicians and physicians (new candidates and renewals) and manage licensing for healthcare professionals in accordance with the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties.
• Ensure the commissioning and auditing of new facilities as per standards.
• Manage daily HR operational matters.
• Interact with staff and leaders at all levels to address HR matters.
• Support HR teams by improving work practices, processes, and systems.
• Ensure coordination and implementation of HR services, policies, and programs and advise company managers on HR issues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• Provide guidance and answer employee questions.
• Participate in hospital quality programs and serve on quality committees if chosen.
• Carry out tasks assigned by superiors as required.

• Bachelor’s degree (post‑graduation preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 3 years in a supervisory or similar role.
