HR Intern

Role Summary

Raytheon Saudi Arabia is looking for a summer intern to join our HR Business Partner team at the Riyadh office. The Intern will be involved in a wide variety of engagements that work closely with our function partners and leadership, providing HR support for RSA’s functions and projects. This position is designed for students pursuing Human Resources or Business Administration, offering the opportunity to gain experience in a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

• Assist with conducting orientation sessions for new joiners and liaise with functions to prepare for cross‑functional orientation week.
• Support the HRBP in the preparation of various HR reports to support ongoing HR activities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to follow up on action items and build relationships with HRBP stakeholders.
• Respond directly to employee queries and provide basic HR support on various matters or direct them appropriately.
• Support HR Partners on ongoing HR projects as required.

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with an emphasis in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Student GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 or 4.0 out of 5.0.
• Official university letter required with the CV.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work across diverse organizations and teams.
• Proficient in Arabic and English (written and oral); must be able to communicate effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
• Solid organizational skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and manage complexity in a diverse environment.
• Experience working in a team to quickly address challenges.
