Human Resources Business Partner Trainee
This is an opportunity at adidas within our Head Office located in Qurtubah, Riyadh as part of the HR department.
Responsibilities- Assist in a wide range of HR activities including onboarding new employees and helping with employee engagement initiatives.
- Support administrative tasks such as maintaining and updating employee records, managing HR databases, preparing reports and presentations, and organizing HR documents and materials.
- Provide general support to the HR team by responding to employee inquiries, assisting with HR policies and procedures, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations.
- Must not currently be employed full-time or part-time.
- Must not have previously benefited from the Tamheer program.
- Must not have been registered with GOSI in the last 6 months.
- Demonstrate good communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is preferred.
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
