HR Operations Associate

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to own the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding. You will manage payroll, HR operations, government platforms, employee documentation, medical insurance, visas, and compliance with Saudi labor regulations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building efficient HR operations in a fast-growing startup.

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding end-to-end
• Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and official documents
• Process monthly payroll and payroll inputs
• Manage employee records and HR documentation
• Handle all transactions on Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem, and Chamber of Commerce
• Coordinate medical insurance enrollment, renewals, and employee changes
• Manage Iqama renewals, transfers, visas and government compliance
• Coordinate overseas hiring, work visas, and relocation
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law
• Support audits and maintain accurate HR reports
• Respond to employee HR requests
• Improve HR processes and documentation continuously
