Supporting our next phase of growth, we are looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead our Human Resources and Administration functions in Saudi Arabia. As a strategic business partner, the role will be instrumental in translating business priorities into effective people strategies, advancing talent acquisition and development, fostering employee engagement and strengthening organizational performance.

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Lead manpower planning and workforce analysis to anticipate future needs.
• Design and implement performance appraisal systems.
• Ensure alignment between staffing needs, succession planning, and business growth.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
• Implement training needs analysis and partner with specialized professionals to deliver employee training.
• Monitor onboarding quality to ensure smooth integration (e.g., medical insurance, welcome kit…)
• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and job descriptions.
• Ensure compliance with labor law and internal governance standards.
• Provide advisory support to management on HR and people related issues.
• Handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions fairly.
• Drive employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
• Improve clarity and efficiency in internal communication processes.
• Prepare HR-related reports for senior management and regulators as required.
• Liaise with internal and external auditors on HR and admin-related audits.
• Manage all HR-related government requirements, portals, and systems (ERP, GR).
• Oversee office administrative tasks (office services, travel arrangements, quotations).
• Manage procurement for specific categories (e.g., travel, training), ensuring three-quotation rule compliance.
• Implement digital tools (HRIS, e-records) to improve efficiency.
• Benchmark HR and admin practices and propose enhancements.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or equivalent in a similar field.
• 8+ years of experience Leading a Human Resources team.
