As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company’s HR functions, strengthening employee engagement, supporting recruitment, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations. You will work closely with management to develop effective HR strategies that promote a productive, compliant, and positive work environment.

• Oversee daily human resources operations and administrative activities.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including hiring, onboarding, and orientation.
• Develop, implement, and update HR policies and internal procedures.
• Handle employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company policies.
• Plan and coordinate employee training and professional development programs.
• Maintain accurate HR records, employee files, and documentation.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources.

• Solid understanding of human resources practices and employment regulations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Previous experience in a human resources management role is an advantage.
