Implementing procedures, systems and forms for monitoring employee attendance, contributing to and supervising the implementation of sick and emergency leave policies and procedures, updating employee information, dealing with their complaints and inquiries professionally, and preparing, displaying and archiving specialized documents and reports related to human resources operations.

• Implementing procedures, systems and forms for monitoring branch employees' attendance and leaves of various types, and amending forms, when necessary, in addition to implementing the attendance monitoring system and ensuring their commitment to official working hours.
• Implementing policies and procedures for annual, sick and emergency leaves and other leaves specified in the approved vacation and leave policy, and implementing promotion, secondment and end of service procedures, and recording all employee incidents in accordance with the approved systems and procedures.
• Dealing with employee complaints, comments, requests and inquiries in a professional manner and raising problems to the department manager effectively, if any.
• Updating employee-related information and providing it to the employee services team by recording and documenting all information related to the entity's employees, such as promotions, training courses, and matters related to salaries and benefits.
• Preparing specialized documents and reports related to human resources operations and providing appropriate recommendations and appropriate solutions and presenting, clarifying and storing them in its database in accordance with approved policies and procedures.
