Tamheer program is an on-the-job training program for Saudi graduates. Tamheer aims at training Saudi graduate holders at international organizations and outstanding companies in order for them to gain experience and skills to prepare them for full time employment. The program is intended for graduates who have a bachelor’s degree and who have not been employed during the last six months.
We are (CARE) looking for fresh graduates for a Tamheer opportunity in the Human Resources Department as Talent Acquisition.
Eligibility Criteria- Must be a Saudi national.
- Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Must not have been employed or registered in GOSI for the last six months.
- Must not have previously participated in the Tamheer program.
- Strong academic results.
- Good command of English and Arabic.
- Good experience with MS Office tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
