MIS Connect is seeking a proactive HR Officer to support day-to-day HR operations, ensure policy and labor regulation compliance, and deliver an excellent employee experience throughout the lifecycle.
You will manage recruitment, onboarding, records, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR documentation while upholding data privacy and confidentiality.
The role requires 2–5 years of HR experience, English proficiency, and familiarity with HRIS systems. Saudi labor practices knowledge is a plus.
