Job Overview

We are representing a leading organisation in the Food amp Beverage sector seeking a highly skilled and strategic HR Manager F amp B to join their team. This is a full-time position based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a passion for the F amp B industry responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function.

You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company s objectives fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.

• Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR executive.
• Demonstrable experience within the Food & B or hospitality industry is essential.
• In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian labour law and HR best practices.
• People-oriented and results-driven, with excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field; a professional HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is highly desirable.
• Excellent command of the English language; proficiency in Arabic would be a significant advantage.
• Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS).
