- Coordinate the logistics for new hire orientations and follow through the onboarding process until the completion of the probation period;
- Liaise with the PRO on new visa issuance and visa renewals and update records;
- Liaise with the concerned department to book the flight ticket and hotel accommodation for new joiners;
- Partner with other departments such as Finance, Legal, IT and ensure shared organizational goals and objectives are achieved;
- Support internal and external inquiries and requests related to the HR department;
- Compile and maintain employees’ physical and electronic files;
- Monitor employees’ attendance and ensure compliance with the company policies and procedures;
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements and laws related to day-to-day management of employees reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance;
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
