Job Overview:
The HR Operations Specialist will oversee essential human resources functions that support the employee lifecycle. The role involves maintaining accurate personnel records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities, assisting with payroll and attendance processes, and ensuring HR procedures align with company policies and Saudi employment regulations. You will collaborate with employees and management to keep HR operations running efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- – Oversee daily HR operational activities and maintain accurate employee records.
- – Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and exit procedures.
- – Prepare HR documents, reports, and other administrative records.
