Overview
A Saudi national is sought for the position of Learning and Development Specialist within the Supply Chain division, based in Jeddah. The role is to lead the learning, training and development programs within the division and collaborate with HR Business Partners to organize and deliver training to employees at all levels within the factory, from shop floor workers to mid-level executives.
Responsibilities- Lead learning, training and development programs within the Supply Chain division.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to organize and deliver training to employees at all levels within the factory—from shop floor workers to mid-level executives.
- Saudi National with 1-2 years HR experience, ideally within learning and development.
- Good communicator with excellent command of English and Arabic.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
- Background in FMCG, Manufacturing or Supply Chain would be advantageous.
