Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for professional, technical, Labor and leadership hiring positions. The role focuses on attracting high-quality talent, partnering with hiring managers, developing sourcing , ensuring a positive candidate experience, and supporting workforce planning initiatives while maintaining compliance with company policies and recruitment best practices.

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from manpower requisition to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and define candidate profiles.
• Execute sourcing through recruitment platform and recruitment agencies, employee referrals, and direct sourcing.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on competencies and job requirements.
• Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
• Prepare shortlists and provide hiring recommendations.
• Negotiate job offers and manage the offer acceptance process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Track recruitment KPIs such as Time-to-Fill, Offer Acceptance Rate, and Source Effectiveness %.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and future positions.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and Saudi labor regulations.
• Monitor and support compliance with Saudization requirements for targeted professions (engineer, Account, Procurement, etc.)
• Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment for professional.
• Previous experience in engineering, utilities, construction, or facility management industries is preferred.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
• Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment techniques.
• Knowledge of recruitment platform.
