We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our HR team through the Tamheer Program
. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates who are passionate about recruitment and eager to gain hands-on experience in the full recruitment lifecycle within a professional and fast-paced environment.

• Assist in sourcing candidates through Linked In and other recruitment platforms
• Screen resumes and identify qualified candidates based on job requirements
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain candidate records
• Support employer branding and recruitment initiatives

• Saudi National (Tamheer eligibility required)
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• Fresh graduate or limited professional experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• English proficiency is preferred
