A leading global strategy consulting firm in Riyadh is seeking an experienced HR Generalist Senior Specialist to join its growing Human Resources team. This is a broad hands-on role that combines talent acquisition with HR operations, supporting the full employee lifecycle while partnering closely with business leaders across the organisation. The successful candidate will be an experienced HR professional with a solid understanding of the Saudi employment market, local labour legislation and HR best practices.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing recruitment, employee support and operational excellence within a fast-paced professional environment.
Saudi National currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment onboarding and employee lifecycle activities
- Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions
- Oversee core HR operations including employee records, contracts, probation, promotions, transfers, and offboarding
- Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance on HR policies, benefits and employee-related matters
- Maintain accurate HR data, prepare reports and ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws and internal policies
- Support initiatives that enhance HR processes, employee experience and operational efficiency
- Around 7 years' experience in a broad HR Generalist role covering both Talent Acquisition and HR Operations
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, with a strong understanding of Saudization, nationalization initiatives, local content requirements, and the challenges of recruiting within the Saudi market
- Experience with in a professional services, consulting, or fast-paced corporate environment is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline; CIPD qualification is advantageous
- Experience using HRIS and applicant tracking systems is preferred
- Confident, energetic, personable, and proactive, with excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Available to join immediately or within a short notice period
