The job holder is responsible for providing support and assistance in managing the Fund’s talent acquisition and development activities, ensuring the attraction, selection, integration, and development of highly qualified employees, as well as providing assistance in designing, maintaining, and monitoring recruitment, training, qualification, and succession planning frameworks in line with the Fund’s strategic objectives, and enhancing its institutional capabilities and organizational flexibility.

& Accountabilities
  • Support the design of comprehensive talent acquisition frameworks that ensure transparency, efficiency, and alignment with approved policies and workforce plans.
  • Oversee all stages of the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, selection, and job offer management.
  • Review job applications and determine job titles, levels, and salaries to ensure fairness and internal consistency.
  • Ensure that onboarding programs are designed and implemented effectively and uniformly, reinforcing the organization's culture and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor the implementation of training programs and evaluate their impact on employee performance and skills development.
  • Support the application of e-learning platforms and digital training solutions to enhance accessibility and sustainability.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning through mentoring, guidance, and knowledge-sharing programs.
  • Assist in developing succession planning frameworks to identify high-performing talent and prepare them for future leadership roles.
  • Manage professional development programs to ensure employees receive appropriate support, guidance, and development opportunities.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on career paths, internal mobility, and professional certification opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that workforce planning and training are aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Building strong professional relationships with external stakeholders such as universities, training providers, recruitment agencies, and government entities.
  • Providing regular updates and reports to senior management and committees on recruitment outcomes, training impact, and the readiness of the internal talent pipeline.
Job Requirements
  • Education : bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or other relevant fields of study is required.
  • Years of experience :
    Fresh Graduate no experience is required
  • Skills :
    Decision Making, General Human Capital Knowledge, Training and Development, Recruitment and Selection, Human Capital Program Design,Human Capital Strategy, Employee Empowerment.
