Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team specializing in villa construction and building projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent across technical, engineering, project management, and corporate functions. This role requires a proactive recruiter with strong stakeholder management skills and a solid understanding of recruitment practices within the construction industry.

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements for villa and construction projects.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and company recruitment policies.
• Support Saudization initiatives and workforce planning objectives.
• Prepare recruitment reports and analyze hiring metrics, including time-to-fill and source effectiveness.
• Manage relationships with universities, training institutes, and recruitment partners.
• Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation processes for new employees.
• Enhance the company's employer branding to attract high-caliber talent.

• Saudi.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within construction, engineering, real estate, or project-based industries.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and sourcing methodologies.
• Familiarity with Saudi labor regulations and Saudization requirements.
• Proficiency in ATS platforms, Linked In Recruiter, and recruitment portals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
