Description and RequirementsWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to lead high-volume recruitment efforts for positions within our industrial manufacturing environment. This role is pivotal in ensuring our production teams are staffed with skilled and reliable personnel, while maintaining compliance with local labor laws and Saudization policies.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end high-volume recruitment for blue-collar roles
- Develop and execute local sourcing strategies (job fairs, HRDF, institutes)
- Partner with hiring managers for manpower planning and job definition
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and Saudization policies
- Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Provide onboarding support and ensure smooth candidate integration
- Monitor labor market trends to refine recruitment strategies
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (Chinese is a plus).
- Highly adaptable in fast-paced, startup-like environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration abilities.
- Proactive, results-driven, and capable of multitasking under tight deadlines.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment within an industrial or manufacturing environment and must have a proven track record in mass hiring for blue-collar roles.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms for candidate tracking and reporting.
