- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership in culture-related roles.
- Deep knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices in Saudi Arabia and Jordan.
- Strategic thinking with hands‑on ability to implement programs and policies.
- Demonstrated success in leading culture transformation or engagement strategies.
- Strong leadership presence, able to influence across functions and regions.
- Experience in IT or tech industry preferred, with multicultural team exposure.
- HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHRi) is an advantage.
