Position: Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP)

Job Summary: The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as the strategic HR partner for KSA Retail Operations by aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. The role is responsible for talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, HR operations, compliance with Saudi Labour Law, Saudization, payroll coordination, and employee engagement while supporting overall business growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Business Partnering
  • Partner with business leaders to support organizational goals and workforce planning.
  • Provide HR guidance on employee relations, performance, and policy implementation.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention, and productivity initiatives.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
  • Ensure timely manpower planning and hiring.
  • Monitor Saudization targets and localization initiatives.
HR Operations
  • Oversee employee lifecycle activities including onboarding, transfers, promotions, confirmations, and separations.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave, overtime, and final settlements.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and HRMS updates.
Performance & Employee Relations
  • Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and succession planning.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and exit interviews.
  • Support training and development initiatives.
Compliance & Government Relations
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and company policies.
  • Coordinate activities through Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and other government portals.
  • Support visa, Iqama, and employment documentation processes.
HR Reporting & Administration
  • Prepare HR reports and dashboards (headcount, attrition, recruitment, Saudization, etc.).
  • Coordinate administrative activities, employee accommodation, travel, and vendor management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • MBA in HR is preferred.
  • 5–8 years of HR Generalist/HRBP experience, preferably in retail.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and government portals.
