Dussmann Ajlan & Bros is pleased to announce a Tamheer Training Opportunity for the position of HR Operations Specialist at our headquarters in Riyadh.

• Onboarding & Joining formalities of new employees.
• Collecting the documents to set up the new employee's file & employee handbook.
• Preparing the employment contract for new employees.
• Preparing the warning & termination letters.
• Preparing the invitations, News, Events & welcoming letters.
• Maintaining the GOSI files.
• Preparing the annual vacation of all employees (Vacation Plan).
• Yearly Evaluations of the employees.
• Responsible for Air Ticketing.
• Preparing the Salary certificates.
• Preparing the vacations clearance forms for the employees.
• Other related work to the HR Department.
• participate in HR projects and initiatives to support organizational goals and objectives. Contribute
• to the development and implementation of HR programs, initiatives, and process improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Eligible for the Tamheer Program.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English is preferred.
