Overview
The HR Operational Specialist is responsible for overseeing and executing key HR processes, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, and supporting company HR initiatives. This role involves managing government portals, payroll processing, employee contracts, onboarding, terminations, HR systems, and talent acquisition efforts.
Key Responsibilities Government Compliance & Portal Management:- Manage and update government websites, including Qiwa, Muqeem, Social Insurance, Chamber of Commerce, and the Ministry of Human Resources.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Process work permits, visas, and other required documentation for employees.
- Process payroll and ensure accuracy in salary calculations.
- Submit payroll data to the finance department in a timely manner.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees.
- Coordinate with insurance providers to ensure employee coverage.
- Manage employee medical insurance enrollments and claims.
- Handle insurance renewals and updates as needed.
- Prepare, manage, and renew employee contracts in compliance with company policies.
- Ensure contract documentation is up to date and filed appropriately.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Conduct orientation sessions and provide necessary HR documentation.
- Manage employee termination processes, ensuring proper coordination with finance and relevant departments.
- Implement, train, and maintain HRMS (Jisr) to streamline HR operations.
- Manage and train employees on the usage of Notion for HR documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Identify hiring needs and recruit qualified candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
- Ensure smooth hiring and onboarding of new employees.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in HR operations.
- Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and government HR portals.
- Proficiency in HRMS systems (Jisr experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
