Dr. Scent is looking for an experienced and highly organized Senior Human Resources Specialist to lead HR operations and manage the full employee lifecycle across our Saudi Arabia operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, performance management, and end-of-service.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process and support workforce planning.
  • Develop HR policies, procedures, and organizational processes.
  • Design and implement KPIs, performance appraisal systems, and competency frameworks.
  • Develop HR metrics and dashboards to measure workforce performance and support decision-making.
  • Create and maintain skills matrices, training matrices, and succession plans.
  • Identify training needs, develop annual training plans, coordinate internal and external training programs, and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Coach managers on performance management and employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to improve organizational performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven experience managing the complete employee lifecycle.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Experience in developing KPIs, HR metrics, skills matrices, training matrices, and performance management systems.
  • Experience in planning, coordinating, and evaluating employee training and development programs.
  • Strong leadership, organization, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written);
    English proficiency is preferred.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office.
