Dussmann Ajlan & Bros is pleased to announce a Tamheer Training Opportunity for the position of Recruitment Specialist at our headquarters in Riyadh.

• Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for technical, soft services, and managerial positions.
• Assist in identifying manpower requirements and preparing job descriptions.
• Source candidates through Linked In, job portals, recruitment agencies, referrals, and social media.
• Conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and job offer.
• Update recruitment trackers and prepare regular recruitment reports.
• Support manpower planning in coordination with Projects and Operations teams.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and labor requirements.
• Contribute to improving recruitment strategies, tools, and processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Eligible for the Tamheer Program.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English is preferred.
