Job Purpose:

  • The Executive Assistant provides dedicated, high-level administrative and strategic support to the Group Head of Human Resources at Red Sea Global’s Corporate headquarters.
  • Operating at the Group level, this role is critical in enabling the Group HR leadership to function effectively across a complex, multi-entity organization.
  • The Executive Assistant manages executive-level communications, coordinates Group HR initiatives, and ensures seamless operations across RSG’s diverse portfolio of subsidiaries and business units, in full alignment with Red Sea Global’s corporate governance and Red Sea Global’s objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Executive Support & Office Management

  • Manage the Group HR Head’s complex calendar, including cross-entity meetings, board-level engagements, and executive committees.
  • Coordinate and arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and logistics for the Group HR Head.
  • Prepare executive-level briefings, reports, presentations, and talking points for leadership forums and board meetings.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming communications, ensuring timely and appropriate responses on behalf of the Group HR Head.
  • Maintain a confidential and well-organized document management system for Group HR records and corporate filings.

2. Group-Level Coordination & Communication

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Group HR Head and C-suite executives, Board members, subsidiary HR leads, and external partners.
  • Facilitate and coordinate communication across RSG’s group entities and corporate functions on HR-related matters.
  • Draft, review, and distribute Group HR communications, policy announcements, and executive correspondence.
  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of materials for HR-related Executive Committee and Board meetings.

3. Group HR Program & Project Support

  • Support the planning and tracking of Group-wide HR strategic initiatives such as talent management programs, leadership development, and organizational transformation projects.
  • Coordinate cross-entity HR working groups, task forces, and project teams as directed by the Group HR Head.
  • Monitor and report on the progress of Group HR deliverables, flagging risks and delays to the HR Head proactively.
  • Conduct research, compile benchmarking data, and prepare analytical reports to inform Group HR strategy.

4. Governance, Compliance & Confidentiality

  • Handle all Group HR matters with the highest level of discretion, including executive succession plans, organizational restructuring, and senior-level talent decisions.
  • Ensure all administrative activities comply with RSG’s corporate governance frameworks, HR policies, and applicable Saudi labor regulations.
  • Support internal and external audit processes by maintaining accurate, complete, and audit-ready HR records.
  • Manage sensitive documents related to Group HR governance including board resolutions, executive contracts, and committee charters

5. Stakeholder & Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with senior stakeholders across RSG’s group entities, government bodies, and strategic partners.
  • Coordinate with the CEO’s office, CFO’s office, and other C-suite executive assistants to align on scheduling and joint deliverables.
  • Represent the Group HR function professionally in all internal and external interactions.
Job Requirements
- Qualification & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Corporate Communications, or a related field (required). Master’s degree or professional certification in Executive Administration or HR (preferred).
  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, with at least 3 years supporting C-suite or Group-level executives.
  • Prior experience in a large corporate, holding group, or government-related entity in Saudi Arabia is strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to HR functions, corporate governance, or board secretariat work is a significant advantage.
